Following on from the successful "Small Office Network" event in May, ITWales and
Comcen have now teamed up to demonstrate the set up and functionality of a wireless network.
Many of us work in an environment where a wired network is not practical due to unsuitable building layout or structure and the cost implications outweigh the network benefits. A wireless network
provides a simple cost effective solution allowing flexibility of working both in and away from the main workplace, but users beware! Failure to address the basic security needs of a wireless network
can result in intruders accessing your system and unprotected data.
