Cardiff web company expand down under
In response to strong interest in web services from Australian SMEs for it's web design services, Cardiff based eazyweb has opened a new satellite office in Sydney, Australia.
"It's a great opportunity" says Managing Director, Andy Thwaites "The interest from the Australian market has been considerable, and opening an office was the next logical step in servicing this
important region and ensuring the successful expansion of eazyweb services around the globe."
Speaking from the 31st Floor of the ABN AMRO Tower, Mr Thwaites commented "Choosing this building as base for eazyweb's Pacific Rim operations was an obvious choice. This is probably the
most prestigious address in Sydney for a business to be based." As places to work go, its pretty good. The award-winning ABN AMRO building has fantastic views across the Harbour and the Sydney
Opera House. "It says we are here, and we are here to stay!"
Eazyweb will market and sell the industry-leading suite of browser-based web
building tools - including the Content Management System eazyCMS and the website building system
eazySiteBuilder.com.
"Using the eazyCMS technology its now possible to update websites remotely without the normal associated hassle and expense of dealing with a web company" says Andy Thwaites. "With this
technology, now we are all web developers!"
Faced with a mounting demand from clients wanting to sell on web services, eazyweb are developing a global dealer network. "There are many reasons to add web design as a value-added
service to customers, but to many Business Advisers it is seen as a route fraught with just too many problems." says Toby Maxwell-Lyte, UK Operations Manager."
"Many see web development as something that is intrinsically too complex."
"They usually end up sending their clients elsewhere for a solution. We are able to offer them a route to leverage some of this lucrative industry without the associated skilling-up period. It's an
exciting time - with Business Advisors and Marketing firms across Europe and the Far East adding this impressive marketing weapon to their arsenal." says Mr Maxwell-Lyte. "It is amazing to be able to
offer such a non-technical route for people to sell such a technically sophisticated solution to their clients."
