The company works within the UK ICT services market focusing on SMEs and mid-sized corporate customers, with particular focus on providing a high degree of flexibility in delivering bespoke managed application services, linked into a highly resilient, competitively priced, managed services infrastructure.

The company is based at the Cardiff Gate Business Park, and Sali Earls spoke to Tony Over, Commercial Director of eLINIA WebServices, to find out more about the company.


What's the history of your company?
eLINIA WebServices successfully operate in the ICT services market delivering secure, world-class, cost effective hosted solutions to businesses and organisations of all sizes. provide the systems and people with the dedication and expertise needed to design, build, install and operate the most complex hosted server and application solutions linked into a highly resilient, managed services infrastructure.

IT Directors and their organizations can take advantage of the experience, flexibility and expertise available 24 x 7 x 365. people are all Government security vetted and work closely in a team environment that allows us to extend the eLINIA WebServices relationship to include our customers in a way which ensures the delivery of the first class service for which we have become recognised.

The eLINIA WebServices team is made up of former BT WebServices staff that pioneered BT's initial managed hosting services, and were instrumental in their delivery over the last ten years. The team brings the experience gained in delivery of high availability systems with demanding Service Level Agreements (SLA's), with a full understanding of the technical infrastructure and disciplines required to deliver.

eLINIA WebServices provide high quality, cost effective, managed services, delivering a flexible, secure, end-to-end solution focused in three areas: Business Systems Management, Internet Hosting Services and End-to-End Solutions. Our approach provides Flexibility, Ownership and Agility, coupled with the highest levels of quality and security (to globally recognized standards) at an affordable price.

Based at the Tredomen Innovation & Technology Centre our teams of dedicated IT professionals are placed at the forefront of IT development - providing industrial strength solutions to complex business problems.

eLINIA WebServices believes the best way to successfully deliver any project is through the creation of a tightly integrated team across all interested parties who will see the project through the design and delivery phase and indeed during the initial stages of in-life service.

Security management best practise is embedded into all activities undertaken by eLINIA WebServices, and underpins our service delivery.

In order to have a well understood and industry recognised approach all security processes are designed and operated according to the BS7799:2 framework - The British Standard for Information Security Management Systems.
