Thursday 19th January
6.30pm - 8.30pm (Doors open 6pm)

Robert Recorde Room,
Faraday Building, Swansea University

No one knows and understands your business like you do, but how well do you convey your message to your customers?

Reaching a wider audience couldn't be simpler in the 21st Century, thanks to technology that is now relatively commonplace.
E-mail and websites are a great method of communication, desktop publishing and digital media make it easy to create your own communiqués, databases make it easy to record customer details. Add all these together and the result should be increased opportunity, however, in the business of managing self-promotion there are a few essential dos and don'ts to be considered to prevent development from becoming destruction.

Guest speaker, Martin Holt of Holt Marketing, takes us through some of the pitfalls of DIY branding and marketing. During the seminar he will offer expert advice to help ensure all your communications are professional and reflect the image of your business.

Following the presentation there will be a buffet and networking opportunity....don't forget to bring literature and business cards for the member's intertrading table!

This event forms part of the ITWales Business Club programme and is FREE to attend, however advance booking is required.
