Ever wondered what would happen to your business if it were suddenly hit by a crisis? Do you look on the positive side and hope you could "get through" or do you bury your head convinced "that
could never happen to me!"
In this presentation Paul will highlight the key factors in the process of creating a business continuity plan, using a hypothetical fashion clothing mail order retailer as a case study.
Delegates will gain an insight into the key issues that need to be addressed, including: Risk Assessments, Communication, and Transport and Logistics, in order to ensure that a business can continue
to operate effectively through a number of potentially disastrous scenarios.
