Provided by National Statistics, Nomis gives you access to the most up-to-date and detailed labour market data produced from official sources. Full Nomis database is now free once you register. This includes earnings, vacancies, vat registrations, industry locations, size of employers, etc - the combinations are huge.

Workthing.com
For unofficial salary and wage information, try the Salary Checker on Workthing.com. This is run by the Guardian Media Group with AC Nielsen as a partner. You can search by job, title, industry and location. The job titles are rather broad so you may not find one that matches your requirements. The data is collected from jobs advertised over the last twelve months in newspapers, trade magazines and the regional press.

Institute for Employment Studies
Has a good reputation for producing high quality surveys and publications about the labour market generally.
